HOW you can help uS

With the cost of living crisis continuing to hit people in Southwark very hard, our donors and volunteers’ help is especially appreciated.
"At Spring Community Hub we support as many people as we can through our activities including our wraparound services like Back2Work, and our crisis support services like our Food Bank and, our Social Supermarket (Triple S).  Triple S allows people to choose the food and other products they prefer at a heavily discounted price.  It is always our aim to provide choice, dignity and culturally appropriate food for the people we serve; of course our ultimate dream would be to see no need for Food Banks at all! None of our initiatives would be possible without the support of our wonderful donors - thank you for your continued support"

“I volunteer at Spring because it’s incredibly rewarding. Seeing the smiles on our guests’ faces makes my day. Plus, chatting with them has really boosted my English skills!” – Volunteer

We are also looking for Trustees to join our Board and volunteers with other specialists skills across our projects and services . Please email us for more information.

A detailed list of volunteer roles can be viewed in the ‘Volunteer Opportunities’ document here.

corporate volunteering

We are grateful for our corporate volunteers; with their help, we manage to keep our warehouses and clothes and food banks tidy, get food parcels ready for our guests and give Southwark children and teenagers a wonderful time at our Activity Camps.

If you and a group of your colleagues would like to find out how you can help; including how you can also make donations (although there is no obligation) you will find the information you need here

“Just wanted to say that our team had such a great time at the various Activity Camp Centres we attended.  It was a really positive experience and you were right – those kids have energy!  We will definitely be looking to get involved again.”
