VOLUNTEER WITH US
We are always looking for volunteers to support our work. Here are our current opportunities:
Food Bank Support
We need volunteers to help at our food bank on Wednesdays and Fridays to run/support parcel packing for the session.
Volunteer needed on a Monday 10am-1pm to go through emails, respond, book guests for appointments and do review.
Afterschool Club
General Volunteers needed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.3pm-6pm
After School Club & Holiday Activity Camps (SEN Specialist)
We are looking for passionate volunteers with specialist qualifications and experience in working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support our After School Club and Holiday Activity Camps. Help make a difference by providing inclusive and engaging activities for children with diverse needs. If you have the skills and heart for working with SEN children, we would love to hear from you!
Social Supermarket
Our Social Supermarket is growing, and we need enthusiastic volunteers to help serve our local community. If you’re interested in supporting individuals and families by ensuring they have access to affordable, nutritious food, come and join us! This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by working directly with those in need.
We are also specifically looking for someone who can run our Saturday session.
Finance and Legal Specialists (Debt, Immigration, Housing)
We are seeking dedicated volunteers with expertise in finance or legal services to support our community members facing challenges with debt, immigration, or housing. Your professional knowledge can provide life-changing advice and support to those in need of guidance. If you have experience in any of these areas, please consider sharing your time and expertise to help vulnerable individuals navigate complex issues.
Nourish & Flourish
Friday 1:30pm-4:30pm
Our Nourish & Flourish hub provides a safe and supportive space for over 55s to improve their quality of life and overcome common challenges.
